The S5N is tailored to reproduce a frequency range from 250Hz-15kHz.  Neodymium is a rare earth element that has an extremely intense magnetic field in comparison to its weight. The speaker is shielded to allow use near computer monitors or TV's.  The S5N can handle 100w continuous.
