The VP130 is designed to amplify an RIAA equalized phono signal to a Hi-Fi level signal, and is intended for magnetic (M/M) or high output moving coil (M/C) pickups. Since the unit utilizes tube circuitry, the resulting output signal is warm and musical, unlike solid state phono stage pre-amplifiers. This is ideal for the vinyl enthusiast who misses the warmth & detail of valve circuitry or someone wishing to record vinyl onto CD or PC with added clarity.
