On line
It's very simple, you can place an order online in the usual way by adding goods to your Shopping Cart. Once you have chosen all your goods click on "checkout" and follow the on screen instructions. Your payment options are displayed there, just select the one you want to use. The online credit card payment area is totally secure as is PayPal.
By Phone
You can call us and make payment by credit card arrange to pay by cheque and bank transfer.

All orders received by 3.00p.m. will be shipped for next day delivery, subject to clearance of funds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you must contact us on 0845 869 5157 prior to returning any goods to us.
The only conditions under our guarantee are:
- That the product is returned in it's original condition and packaging.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged and you are liable for any return shipping cost.
- Smart Sound Direct reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for damaged packaging , missing manuals, cables, accessories, warranty cards or any other item included in the box when shipped.
- On receipt and inspection of the goods at our warehouse we will refund your purchase less the cost of our delivery charge.
*Please note that refunds on credit card purchases can take up to two weeks to reach your account. Once we have sent you your refund receipt and any other paperwork any delays in the refund are down to the bank or card issuer.

Faulty Products
Where a Customer experiences a fault with a product it should be returned for examination and repair to Smart Sound Direct’s appointed repair agent :
9.1 The customer must obtain a returns authority no from Smart Sound prior to returning any faulty product for repair. Please call 0845 869 5155 or email service@smartsounddirect.com
This is for your security as we arrange collection and return and can track your parcel. Any other goods returned without a returns authority no' are sent at your own risk.
9.2 There will be no charge for products repaired under warranty.
9.3 For products out of warranty. The charge for collection from and return to the customer will be £20. The charge for inspection and the 1st hour of labour will be £45. These are payable in advance to Smart Sound Direct by credit or debit card.
9.4 Any parts or additional labour will be charged accordingly.
You will of course be kept up to date with the progress of the repair.
